Mindwald is led by TONIS KIIS, a film distribution executive with nearly two decades of experience at leading Hollywood studios. Through global insight and creative thinking, he helps entertainment companies, creators and investors navigate change, uncover opportunity and turn ideas into impact.

For nearly 18 years at Warner Bros. Pictures, I worked at the intersection of studios, filmmakers, distributors, exhibitors, technology and audiences across more than 125 countries. As part of the International Theatrical leadership team, I helped shape international strategies for more than 300 films, while working across everything from greenlighting and release planning to business development, exhibition relationships, emerging technologies and operational innovation.
That experience provided something more valuable than a view of distribution alone: a front-row seat to an industry in constant transition. It taught me to look beyond the individual movie, market or business model—to understand how the pieces connect and where the industry is moving.
MINDWALD is the next chapter: bringing that perspective to a broader range of entertainment challenges and opportunities.
